Obiora Anyika and Co. is a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers duly registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission, and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. We are also members of the Nigerian Institution of Estate and Valuers.
Our services include; the valuation of all kinds of assets, including Land and Buildings, plant and Equipment, Property /Facility Management, Project appraisals, Estate Agency and Land Titling.
