Team Members

Maxwell Obiora Anyika => Managing Partner

Obiora Anyika, with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, and an MSc from the University of Lagos, is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and is registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). With extensive experience gained from working at Emma Ezeama & Co. from 2011-2017, he has been involved in notable assignments such as the valuation of the UBA Building in Lagos and the National Petroleum Corporation’s Plant and Machinery in Mosimi, Ogun State, showcasing his expertise in all aspects of estate management.

Chike Muoneme => Operational Team

Chike Muoneme graduated with a bachelor's degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria in 1984 and a master's degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos in 2006. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and is registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). With over 34 years of professional experience, he has been practicing estate management since his graduation.

Godwin Ibenne **Estate Surveyor**

Godwin Ibenne graduated from the Department of Estate Management at the University of Nigeria in 1988. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and has been practicing since graduation. With extensive experience, he has been involved in the valuation of a diverse range of facilities.

Olusegun Olaoye **Estate Surveyor**

Olusegun Olaoye holds an HND from Kwara State Polytechnic, graduating in 2003. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVABON). Elected in 2011 and registered in 2012, he began his practice in 1998 with Diya Fatimilehin & Co. in Lagos. He later joined Sam Mgbe & Co. in Ilorin from 2004 to 2005.

Olusegun Olaoye **Estate Surveyor**

Olusegun Olaoye holds an HND from Kwara State Polytechnic, graduating in 2003. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVABON). Elected in 2011 and registered in 2012, he began his practice in 1998 with Diya Fatimilehin & Co. in Lagos. He later joined Sam Mgbe & Co. in Ilorin from 2004 to 2005. Olusegun Olaoye, an HND graduate from Kwara State Polytechnic, is an Associate Member of NIESV and registered with ESVABON. Beginning his practice in 1998, he has worked with Diya Fatimilehin & Co., Sam Mgbe & Co., and Environ Consultants Limited. As a senior estate surveyor at Emma Ezeama & Co. (2007-2009), he gained extensive experience in valuing land, buildings, plants, and machinery, including projects like the valuation of Bank PHB (now Keystone Bank) properties and Delta Steel Company in Delta State.

Anthony Iwuh **Estate Surveyor**

Anthony Iwuh, is a graduate of Estate Management, Imo State University, Owerri. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He worked with Emma Ezeama and Co. from 2010 – 2018 where he was head of valuation and management department. During his time at Emma Ezeama & Co, he handled and co-ordinated numerous valuation assignments including; Old Federal Secretariat, Ikoyi , Nigerian Deposit and Insurance Corporation (NDIC), UBA House, Marina, Lagos State, La Casera Company, Delta Steel Complex Ovwian-Aladja.
